ACROBATICS TRAINING
Acrobatics training enhances physical dexterity and can be adjusted to suit different levels depending on the age and physical condition of the practitioner. We train acrobatics as a functional development of de body. To this idea, we add the complexity of using external elements such as sticks or kung fu weapons (for martial arts trainees) while doing the acrobatics.
COMBAT DANCE AND ACROBATICS
This training system combines dance, combat and acrobatics, improves corporal expressiveness and provides agility and fluidity of movements. This training is recommended for contact combat training, for achieving body looseness or just for fun.
