CONTACT COMBAT
This is contact combat training system from beginners to advanced trainees. It aims to find dexterity and technique in practitioners to face the opponent. It also improves your attitude, physical skills, reflexes and reaction time. It is an intensive aerobic training that enhances the power of your arms and legs muscles. Boxing gloves, punching bag and sparring mittens, among other things, are needed.
KICKING AND BOXING COMBAT
Contact training systems usually work on kicking, boxing and throwing techniques. Boxing training helps you to improve coordination, reflexes, arms power and technique. Kicking training also gives you leg flexibility and hand-leg coordination when both are combined. It also improves the attitude and self-confidence of practitioners.
