TRADITIONAL LEE CHAN KON STYLE

This traditional kung fu style, among other things, works on combat techniques, stimulates you body’s energy, improves your attitude and develops your coordination and accuracy of movements. It is the combination of five different styles and it is a training system that can be practiced at all levels or ages.

 

TRADITIONAL CHANG CHUEN WITH WEAPONS

The training in Traditional Chang Chuen with weapons implies great coordination between the body and the weapon. High accuracy, concentration and technical knowledge of the positions and body weight control in techniques of Chang Chuen without weapons are required during movement. Previous time practicing Traditional Chang Chuen is, hence, a prerequisite for starting this training.

TRADITIONAL CHANG CHUEN

It is one of the oldest Kung fu styles and it is translated as long boxing. It is an elegant system of combat techniques that requires hip, arms and legs coordination. It helps to correct your body posture, to develop physical skills and to stimulate your body’s energy. It is suitable for any level and age.
